3-LAYER ENAMEL COATING:

PROTECTIVE GLASS ENAMEL:
The cooking surface of this roasting pan is glass enamel. Since this enamel shows the properties of glass, it has a transparent color, so the inner surface preserves its original casting color. Glass is a natural and a non-toxic coating that will protect the surface and maintain it for longer periods of time. HOW TO CLEAN LAVA ENAMELED CAST IRON:
Although LAVA enameled cast iron is dishwasher safe, hand washing with warm soapy water and a nylon scrub brush is recommended to preserve the cookware's original appearance. Always dry cookware thoroughly and store in a cool, dry place. To remove stubborn baked-on food, boil 2 cups of water and 4 tablespoons of baking soda. Boil for a few minutes, then use a pan scraper to loosen the food
