Description
You are bidding on portable stage platforms made by Midwest Folding Products. Please Google this name and you can find specs and more information directly from the manufacturer. Each stage section measures 4 feet by 8 feet. These are the dual height ones and you can either set the legs so that the stage is 24” high, or simply flip the legs around and the stage will be 32” high. Tops are what Midwest calls hardboard – basically a very heavy plywood. They could easily be covered with carpet if you wanted to, or repainted to make them look new again. Please note that there are some small staples left in the tops of these as they were last used with a simple cover on them so you will want to remove the staples. Also, they may or may not be missing one or two of the black rubber end caps that goes on the legs. Most of these are present, but please understand that one or two might be missing – not a big deal at all and very easy to replace. Also, at the time of this listing, I have a total of 6 stages. They are all in equally good but used condition. Price shown is per stage so you can buy one or more if you are looking for a bigger set up. These stages retail new for over 0 per section. They are not your cheap quality! These are rated to hold approximately 200 pounds per square foot so each section at 32 square feet could hold in excess of 6000 pounds. Please make sure to let me know how many sections you are interested in when asking for a shipping cost as the weight will make a difference. Each stage section weighs approximately 185 pounds.
SHIPPING INFORMATION – Please read
Local pickup is encouraged on this item, although I am willing to ship if necessary. Please be aware that the item will be shipped with a freight company, basically assembled, and secured to a pallet. PLEASE email me
before you bid
to ask for a shipping price. Too many times buyers win an auction only to find out that they are not prepared for the shipping cost. If for some reason I am not able to answer your shipping question before the auction ends, please do not bid unless you are prepared to pay the shipping cost. In order to get you an accurate shipping price, I need to know ALL of the following:
city
zip code
will delivery be to a residential or business address?
do you need a lift gate at the point of delivery or do you have a loading dock or forklift?
If you should win the item on the auction, I will also need a daytime phone number to give the shipping company. They usually call before they attempt delivery so that you can schedule a time that is most convenient. You will also need to have someone available to sign off that the item was delivered in good condition. Please do not accept a delivery on an item that appears to be damaged, as we will have no recourse once you sign off that you have accepted the package as it is.
Florida residents are also required to pay 7.5% sales tax. I do NOT charge a handling fee for local pickup so please use that method if you can. Please email me at if you have any questions. Items shipped freight CANNOT be shipped outside of the continental United States.
