The tag reads M. I am wearing it in the pictures and I am 5'10, 145lb, D Cup. I normally wear a small. I feel this fits me perfect but I have a really long toso so maybe this is more of a medium. Either way I measure it for you.
From the top bottom is 33 inches
Arm pit to Arm Pit x2 ( breast) is 36 inches, this is unstretched.
The waist is 26  inches this is your natural waist and not stretched It would fit a 28 fine
The waist down to bottom 12.5 inches
